By scheduling service with Optimus Tinting, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After this period, pricing may change due to material costs, availability, or updated vehicle specifications. Any changes to the vehicle, film selection, or scope of work may result in a revised quote. Customers will always be notified of any adjustments before work begins.
Approval of a quote secures your appointment and reserves both time and materials. Once scheduled, customers are expected to arrive on time and prepared for service.
Customers must arrive at their scheduled time. If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, Optimus Tint reserves the right to charge a late fee of $1 per minute (starting at $15). Excessive lateness may require rescheduling.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated late arrivals may result in loss of deposit, additional charges, or refusal of future service.
Most standard tint installations take approximately 2–4 hours, depending on the vehicle and film selected. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to vehicle condition or unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicles must be brought in reasonably clean. Optimus Tint is not responsible for imperfections caused by pre-existing conditions such as worn seals, damaged glass, prior film removal, or aging components. While we strive for perfection, some vehicles may not achieve a flawless result due to their condition.
We aim for precise color and shade consistency. However, slight variations may occur due to factory glass differences, film construction, lighting, and vehicle type.
We maintain a professional environment at all times. If a customer becomes abusive, threatening, or unreasonable, Optimus Tint reserves the right to stop work immediately. In such cases, all deposits, materials, and labor costs will be retained.
Any custom tint layouts, patterns, or design-related work created by Optimus Tint remain the property of Optimus Tint unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By scheduling service, approving work, or allowing installation to begin, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Optimus Tint provides a one-year workmanship warranty covering installation-related defects such as peeling, bubbling, lifting, or creasing caused by improper installation. Qualifying issues will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
We use premium films that may carry manufacturer warranties. Coverage varies depending on the film type and application (vertical vs. horizontal surfaces). Customers will be informed of the specific warranty for their selected product.
Optimus Tint is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to glass, trim, defrosters, electronics, or seals. Any known issues must be reported prior to installation. If damage is discovered during service, the customer will be notified and additional costs may apply.
Customers must notify Optimus Tint within the warranty period and return the vehicle for inspection. We will evaluate the concern and determine the appropriate solution based on our warranty guidelines.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void warranty coverage.
Optimus Tint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except where required by law.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Optimus Tint, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow proper care instructions.
Due to the custom nature of our work, Optimus Tint does not offer refunds once installation is completed.
We stand behind our work with strong warranties. If any issue arises related to installation or product performance, we will inspect and resolve it under our warranty policy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle for inspection and service. We are committed to correcting any qualifying issues and ensuring the final result meets our standards.
